Your alarm has been designed to allow you just enough time to turn off your system before an alarm signal is sent to your central monitoring station, thus allowing you to cancel the signal and preventing a false alarm.

Holding down button(s) for 1 to 3 seconds will transmit an alarm signal to your central monitoring station and emergency services will be dispatched immediately. In most cases this alarm signal is of utmost importance and dispatch cannot be cancelled.

With flexible and easy to set custom rules and alerts, you can get reminders if the garage door hasn’t been closed by 10 pm, or if you leave home without arming the system. Create reminders based on time of day, or when the system detects that you’ve left home.

Smoke or carbon monoxide detection, if detected we can automatically shut down the heat or AC to stop the circulation of dangerous fumes, and send you a notification as well as a signal to emergency personnel.
