The ideal candidate for this position will:
● Possess strong listening and problem-solving skills
● Provide support by telephone , email or digital broadcast to customers with queries or experiencing technical difficulties using our solutions
● Be capable of troubleshooting
● Track, manage and document customer issues and resolution status
● Following up on customer requests to ensure complete handling of their inquiry
● Work effectively and professionally with each customer
● Providing outstanding technical support for customers
● Be a proactive team player making suggestions for ways of improving
● Maintain a positive attitude
● Willing to learn and understand the solutions we provide

We are looking for technicians who are technically savvy with:
● Wireless Networks
● Alarm Systems
● Smart Homes
● Door Access Control
● Security Cameras/CCTV

● French (Required)
● English (Preferred)
